I hope so, but the UK/Irish governments will not dare upset the Flight lobby until we have a "oh my god there is a shark in the water" moment. Note that the avian flu that got out of Asia last year followed the flight path of aircraft not wild birds

We are leaving for Ireland in a week, for a 12 day holiday. We will not be changing our plans, unless forced to by restrictions. With no deaths in the US (as of yet), I wish the media would take it down a notch with the panic attacks.
I am trying to stay as healthy as possible in the meantime... don't want to have a fever for any other reason; particularly if they start thermal screening in the airports I'll be dealing with (Charlotte, Atlanta and Dublin).

There is no issue to date There were 4 suspected cases her in ireland but none of them have been hospitalised so it probably is not the case and they are not seriously ill. there was a couple from scotland being treated who went to mexico for their hineymoon...what a downer for them poor things but it is heavily on the news. Nothing about China yet...may be there in June!
