I suppose I should have been more specific...I was jealous of all the women I saw in cute dresses! (Although if a man wants to wear a dress, who am I to judge?)

SunDresses? YES, although you may want a cover up for churches. I'd avoid shorts at all costs unless you're biking in the country!
