Hi Beatchick, I haven't bought my train ticket yet, but I bought a plane ticket for London for a shade under $500 for the long weekend (7/1-7/4). I figured that it'll be $400 to fly to SF. Might as well pay an extra $100 to get myself to London.

I don't have Cadogan, but I must confess that I just bought another guide book for Paris. I bought the new one in the DK series (DK e-books, or something like that). It has some shop listings that look interesting. But I guess I should take a closer look to see if I really want to keep it.
