Suggestions on where to buys tkts for museums etc.
We will be in Amsterdam from June 19-22.
We plan to visit
Anne Frank House - museum visit along with audio tour, if possible
Walking tour of Jewish Quarters
Canal Cruise
Rijksmuseum
Are there any best resources to book these tkts? Or just on their respective websites. Would have to pay in US dollars.

Use their websites. The price will be in euro but using your credit card you will pay in dollars. The canal cruise you can organise on the day if you go with one of the biggies, and pay cash or go through this website for details of other canal companies.
Anne Frankhuis sells out fast so check your dates and when the tickets are available.
Remember that most shops don't accept credit cards, and many are reluctant to take cash so a debit card with a chip is pretty much essential.
