Suggestions for scenic drive
I am looking to drive from Amsterdam to Venice over a 5 day period. I have never been to Europe and I am looking for the most scenic and fun route. Will be stopping in 5 different places along the way. Please recommend the most amazing places...

Thank you for the website, I will check it out. We will arrive in Rotterdam on July 21 and will need to be in Venice on July 26. I realize there is a big expense for the international car rental drop and was wondering if there is any way around that??

Sure, forget the car except in one country.
Train to Munich---get a car for 3 days to explore the castle country and Salzburg area--return the car in Germany and train to Venice.
Or, same thing except using Zurich and the Swiss Alps as your destination. You get the idea.
