Suggestions for 1 night stay in Oban?

I am having difficult getting a reservation for 1 night. Many places (I have called several B&B's and hotels) say they do not take advanced reservations for only 1 night. Any suggestions? We will be checking in early evening and leaving early the next morning to catch the ferry. Thanks!

Try Manor House Hotel www.manorhouseoban.com Expensive but the best place to stay in Oban.

Also Dungallan House Hotel (really a B&B) www.dungallanhotel-oban.co.uk

I wouldn't fret to much as there are tons of B&B's in Oban. Check once you arrive, there is a listing at the train station or drive around in the hills.

We liked the Glenburnie B&B--nice view of the water. Very close to the ferries.

Second the suggestion for Glenburnie. Lovely place, great views and wonderful breakfast.

Also, so easy to walk into town from this location.

We had no trouble booking for just 1 night.
