Places to visit:

- Euronext in Amsterdam
- OMX in Stockholm
- European Parliament in Brussels
- Nokia World Headquarters in Espoo, Finland

Also, there is an entire industry centered around getting the French and Germans to work together effectively (this is a HUGE issue). Find one of those companies and sign up for one of their workshops.

If you do some more research first, and then post again, I'm sure we will be able to help you. You'll have to do some work first.

Eindhoven is a good place for design.

OP, I would be happy to arrange your trip. My fee for arranging a trip would be $15,000 USD. You would be responsible for the payment of all flights, transportation, hotels, meals, visas, and any other incurred expense for you, your students, and any other chaperones.

Why not let the students do some research on their own? Set a max budget and let them find the places to visit and arrange everything. That should be a good way for them to learn some things.

They will learn to follow a budget and how to cut items out when they realize they've gone over the budget.

The will learn to cooperate, because there WILL be different opinions and they can't all get everything the way they want it.

They will learn to plan complicated trips etc. This may include having to communicate with hotels and navigating websites in other languages to get the best deals.

A good learning experience, even if it may turn into a complete disaster. They will learn from that, too.
