There might have an Auchan, Carrefour or similar nearby as St. Cloud is approaching the suburbs. They would have a large selection and low prices.
I'm sure there's a Monoprix near her but not sure they sell pots or irons. Still, she ought to get to know the local one anyway for food and other items.
I would encourage her to get out in the neighborhood and ask around--great way to learn more French.
BTW, congratulations on having a school-age daughter who irons!

She does get her food at the Monoprix, but I assume they do not have pots or an iron as she is still looking. I will pass on your suggestions to her.
She will be doing an internship, thus the iron. Otherwise, she wouldn't bother.

For the iron:
electromust.com
(It's a store, not only a website)
58 ave Pierre Grenier (the extension of avenue Georges Lafont)
92100 Boulogne-Billancourt
623 meters southwest of métro Porte de Saint Cloud.
