I don't know about strikes in Germany, if you are referring to them, but if you mean Air France, I would just say that if your flight is scheduled to leave, you can assume it will land okay. Flying is the best way to get to Paris from Frankfurt IMO because of the distance, but you can take a train (although I don't think it's that direct). However, SNCF has been on strike as much as AF, I think.
Right now AF is supposed to strike tomorrow, June 10th, as well as SNCF, but I don't think anything is announced this far ahead for your dates.

Last TUesday, SNCF was not running, all Air FRance domestic service was cancelled, as well as some international flights, including ours on Delta. The strike has been on again, off again for quite some time. Apparently, usually Mondays and Tuesdays are worst. I think all incoming flights were landing.

I spent nearly 2 weeks in France last last month and I can tell you that the strikes affect anything and everything that employs public service employees. The strikes are pretty much unannounced or only a day or two notice is given and it can affect the Paris Metro, RER trains, SNCF mainline trains, air travel, and even the museums. I visited the Museum d'Orsay one day only to find just the ground floor open and not the mezzanine or upper floor due to striking public employees thus a shortage of staff. The next day the Arc de Triomphe was closed for the same reason. The following website provides strike information. The translation to English is not perfect but satisfactory.
Hope it helps.
