I'm afraid I'm keep telling everybody the same in this forum, but my favourite choice in Venice is the Rosa di Venezia apartment: www.rosadivenezia.com. It's really in a splendid location, extraordinarily tastefully furnished and has a view from the balcony that I shall never forget.

We stayed at Ca Angeli and loved it. Near the Rialto in San Polo. Just punched in March 16th double room superior 125E.
We can't say enough great things about the place.

Having no idea where you have checked already, I'll throw out my favorite:
www.lacalcina.com
it's nearer the Accademia bridge not the Rialto (if that's what you mean)

We stayed at Locanda Fiorita and enjoyed it. The bath was quite small, but it was IN the room. Great location near Campo San Stefano, near Accademia Bridge and about 7 min. walk to San Marco. Price was about 120 euro (I think).
