Staying in Wengen 4 nights 3 full days. Very confused about which Travel pass to get

My girlfriend and I are arriving from Colmar, France on a train to Wengen, staying 4 nights and 3 full days. We are being realistic on how much we (hope) we can accomplish and narrowed down our hikes to the following options (no particular order or day; will depend on the weather):

Maennlichen Royal Walk Grindelwald
North Face Trail (Murren)
Paragliding (Lauterbrunnen)
Bachalpsee Lake. Bachalpsee, Grindelwald

We will be taking a train from Wengen to Zurich to board our flight home, early the next morning.

Here are the passes that have been recommended to me:
Swiss Travel Pass
Swiss Half Fare Pass
Bernese Oberland regional pass

where I understand nothing in Switzerland is going to be inexpensive, I was hoping not to purchase a pass we really don't NEED. Can anyone steer me towards a pass that makes sense for the hikes we plan to do?

Thank you for any help or opinions.

Last fall, we stayed two nights in Wengen, and here is a link to our trip report. 3 Countries, 8 Places, 8 Nights, Awesome!

If we had stayed a third night, the paragliding from Murren seemed enticing.

We could not make sense out of any of the expensive passes for such a short visit. We did book our rail in advance and found some discounts that helped. And, yes Switzerland is expensive, especially if you travel a lot in Italy as we do.

You really need to crunch the numbers and then compare the cost of point-to-point tickets to the cost of a pass. You will find all of this here:

https://www.sbb.ch/en/home.html

For example:

SBB shows the full fare from Colmar to Lauterbrunnen (the stop below Wengen) at 82 CHF each (note part of this fare is international as coming from France. You might also want to price separately from the first station in Switzerland, which I believe will be Basel).

Be sure to look into the Saver Day Pass, you might find a good price for your long travel days.

Otherwise, here are some prices for other items on your list:

Wengen to Mannlichen - 23 CHF each, one way

Wengen to Murren - 36 CHF each, return

https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/muerren/

Etc, etc.

We've been visiting Switzerland since the 90's and we've had to crunch the numbers every time, based on our plans for each specific trip. These days we usually visit for three weeks at a time and the Half Fare Card works best for us.

What you need is the Jungfrau Travel pass for your 3 full days. CHF180.

https://www.jungfrau.ch/en-gb/jungfrau-travel-pass/

See map above for coverage.

All of your activities (except the paragliding) are covered and are located to the mountain side of Interlaken.

You could be using 5 mountain trains, some more than once: Bernese Oberland Bahn, Wengernalp Bahn, Bergbahnen, Schynige Platte Bahn, Jungfrau Bahn

and 4 cableways: Gondolabahn, Luftseilbahn, Gondolabahn(closed in 2019), Bergbahn

No need for Travel passes arrival day and departure day. Train fares are low point to point.

Some other hikes you should consider: Eiger Trail-Eigergletcher Station to Alpiglen, Mannlichen to Kleine Scheidegg, Panoramaweg circular hike at Schynige Platte.

Consider doing the paragliding the day of departure to Zurich to get some of the above hikes or more activities in. There are a series of thrill rides from First to Grindelwald.

Train to Jungfraujoch is only CHF61 with pass.

As above:
Wengen - Maennliche RT: 46 CHF/pax
Wengen - First (Bachalpsee RT): 92 CHF/pax
Wengen - Muerren RT: 36 CHF/pax
Wengen - Lauterbrunnen RT: 14 CHF/pax
Wengen - Zurich airport by trainOW:
full fare 89 CHF/pax
Saver day Pass (to buy ahead in the web) 52 - 70 CHF
Total full fare 277 CHF/pax
Total with Saver day Pass 240 - 260 CHF

Colmar - Basel by direct train: 17 CHF
Colmar Basel by Flixbus: 11 - 15 CHF
Basel - Wengen by train: 75 CHF resp Saver day Pass (to buy ahead in the web) 52 - 70 CHF

Conclusion: the Swiss half Fare Card seems to be the most economic solution.
