Ali G is a character played by Sacha Baron Cohen - a middle class (jewish) boy from an upper middle class London suburb - "Hampstead Garden Suburb". His alter ego is a satire on the uprising popularity of the black rap culture. Ali G is a Bling Bling and tracksuit wearing "Jamaican" who will conduct spoof interviews with frequent references to cannabis use, and various sexual innuendos which can be rather lewd at times. However, I feel that Ali G is over now, having been replaced by an equally lewd and even weirder show called Bo' Selecta.

He was also the limo driver on the video to 'Music' (I think) by Madonna. Only Brits or soccer fans (Argentinians) would get his calling Madonna 'Maradonna'. Funny bloke. I guess he has Punani Packs.
