Have you checked out www.france.com? They have reviews (customers) on the website of the various hotels?

What is your budget for this?

There are so many excellent hotels in the 6th, here's my partial list: Hotel Fleurie; Hotel D'Aubusson, Relais Christine, Hotel Dauphine, Relais St. Germain, Hotel Lenox. This topic has been covered a lot here, so I'm sure there's plenty of info if you check the archives. Good luck~

And just one of two doors up from Lenox is Hotel Saint-Thomas d"Aquin, at 3, rue du Pres aux Clercs. By the way, the Lenox has the terrifc little lounge for a coupe de champagne ... a nice break after a day on the streets. If you venture over to the 4eme, try De Lutece on Ile St. louis, about $125 per night in an absolutely terrific location. Stayed here several weeks ago, and we were enchanted. Have a nice trip. You may wish to research the restaurant discussions posted in in early January ... you'll get some very good tips. Ciao
