I'll let you know when I get back...<BR><BR>I've stayed at the Flora, Ala, La Fenice, the Excelsior - which was gorgeous but a bit too remote... - and a few smaller choices. Hope frequent readers won't mind my recommending my favorite hotel again---the Metropole, facing the Grand Canal and a short walk from St Marks. Great rooms, great service, good location, pretty good prices considering the quality.
