I enjoyed your report and photos. I love Andalucia! One of our favorite trips. The Alhambra in Granada is one of my favorites and most memorable sights. We spent 2 nights in Granada, and we enjoyed it very much. I love your last photo of the Plaza de Espagna in Seville. Looks like it's bathed in gold! We had many of the "menu del dia" for lunches that Mikelg mentions. Always delicious!

Mikelg and Karen, I’m sure there are lots of great lunch specials but I tend to just grab a quick bite whenever I get hungry. As a solo traveler, I don’t spend much time in restaurants.

dhuffman, I booked two tickets on Trainline and the rest on the Renfe app.
