If you would like my notes, which contain URLS, on the Pyrenees and/or Gerona area and/or Barcelona and/or cities within reach of Madrid and/or Andalucia, e-mail me [email protected]

21 days is a nice spot of time. If this is your first visit, you should see Barcelona, Madrid, and the places around Madrid, and then Andalucia - Granada, Cordoba, and Seville. The new roads in Spain make travel easy and fast, all this totally do-able.

What time of year are you going?
Are you a museum person, or a beach person or a history buff or do you love architecture or hiking in the mountains or the nightlife and party scene?
Do you speak Spanish at all?
I would love to help out but give us a few clues!

We will mostly want to see alot of history...museums, art, buildings...but we also want to do a little shopping and loungeing on some good beaches. I am going in late june, WE arrive in Barcelona and will spend 3-4 days then on to Palma de Mallorca for 2 days, then back to the mainland were we plan to drive down the coast visiting whatever catches our eye, we will have reservations in Granada for 5 days after leaving Palma, everthing afterwards is up in the air except that we plan to spend the last 4-5 days in Madrid with some trips to surrounding cities. We are also hoping to stay in some Paradors on out trip. Any suggestions would be wonderful.
