I actually did not get as much information on that post as I had hoped and actually got a lot more help here on this post for some reason. I do not see a problem asking a similar, and even more detailed, question in someone's post, especially if it is about travelling to the same destination as it may give the poster and others new things to think about. So, it did help me very much.


I knew it couldn't be just me who prefers "talking" with like-minded travellers whose experiences are recent and first hand, as opposed to guidebooks whose recommendations are very suspect most of the time.

So, I will fly to Madrid, drive to Seville, then off to Cordoba and Granada, up to Valencia and end in Barcelona, with some time to relax at a beach somewhere in the middle.
