The weather is unpredictable in March ? April. It can rain and you will certainly need a jacket, if you are lucky just for evenings. It could be hot and sunny but in spring there are no guarantees.

I think so. If you are in Spain between March 15th and 19th, don´t miss "Las Fallas", Valencia.

Thank you so much for taking the time to help!! We are planning 16 day trip: Fly into Barcelona (two nights there) then fly to Palma (3 days two nights) flying from Palma to Valencia 2 nights in Valencia. From Valencia we are planning to spend the remaining nine days touring Grenada (2 days, one night) driving to Seville - with a day drip to Rhonda. Two nights in Seville with a day trip to Cordoba. We will be taking the High speed train from Seville to Madrid and spending a night or two in Madrid then coming home to Colorado. A couple of questions
1. does this sound reasonable?
2. What is the best way to travel from Valencia to Grenada?
3. Is Gibralter too far out of the way?
For the record I am a 28 yrs old and will be travelling with my girlfriend. I would really appreciate the help. and THANKs in advance.

As Carolina said, the weather is unpredictable. VERY unpredictable. When we were in Andalucia last March, we shivered in several days of cold, rainy weather. Then, a few days later, we wore our lightest clothes in delightful sunshine. Plan on layering and you will be fine.
Have fun!
