Something relaxing for a rainy afternoon in Nice?

Hi there,
I am in Nice on a three day business trip, my flight home is tonight, and I have the afternoon free. It's raining in Nice this morning, even snowing a bit, and I'm looking for inspiration for something to do for the afternoon. Not looking for sightseeing options really, feel tired out and not much like walking around. I'll be back again another time to sightsee, but for this afternoon can you think of anything that would fill up to 3-4 hours for me? (For example, I was thinking maybe a hotel with cushy health spa where I could have a facial or something similar - sorry if that's sacrilege in this gorgeous city, but I'm tired and pregnant so have an excuse!)

I think that the new Palais de la Mediterranee, on the Promenade des Anglais, has an indoor pool and spa. Maybe try that? Otherwise go to the Gallerie Lafayette and shop for baby clothes! You may not feel like going out in that weather, but the Rue Paradis and Rue Alphonse Karr have some very nice shops too.
Have a good flight tonight!

How about treating yourself to lunch or dinner in Negresco?
We enjoyed it.
Chagall museum is a good diversion, and it manageable.
Or, there is always shopping!
