So Cal GTG
Well, 10 of us met for a 3 1/2 hour lunch at a restaurant in Downtown Disney yestarday. Almost everyone brought an albium of travel photos. There were some great pictures. We had a very nice time and are planning to do another in March.
I concur. A great time was had by all. The only problem now is I have to add Budapest to my every growing wish list of travel destinations.

Thanks Mina for putting it together, and Art for providing the momentum from one GTG to the next. (Not to mention offering to host for a 4th time!) See you all in March.

Yes, is was a great afternoon. I enjoyed looking at everyones pictures and next time I'll have to bring some of mine.

It was very nice of the restaurant to let us linger for so long after eating.

Mina, thanks again for making the arrangements. You'll have to let us know your final plans for the "Big Trip", before you leave. I'm envious!

See you all in March!!!

It was my pleasure to help organize this for such a lovely group of people. It's a good thing we did this on Saturday, since most of my day today I was busy rolling out my new lesbian lifestyle! (Some of these fodors threads are just so stinkin' funny).

Hey Art, are you by any chance an Eddie Izzard fan? Just guessing by the "male lesbian" quote.

I will certainly let you all know about final plans...as soon as I get off my lazy butt and plan it!

If and when the date for a next Los Angleles GTG is set, please post as far as in advance as possible. I might try to link it with a trip to visit with our daughter at USC.

And I would still like to try to drum up interest in a GTG for Fodorites in the OH/KY/IN area. February anyone?

Best wishes,

Rex
