Yikes - I'm scheduled for a TGV from Avignon to Paris next Wednesday. Anyone have any suggestions for me?

ciaglechanta - always good to post things just for the case of rfbk50 types to see - thank you for doing so too.

Q for sncf online PREM's fares - if your train is one of the ones scrubbed do you just get a refund or do they put you on another train at that great PREM price? Or do you have to then pay full fare?

Usually, the majority of the main line trains will operate on a strike day (but there are exceptional strikes). The lines the most affected are the suburban commuter lines.

1/3 of TGV trains will not run on the 8th; 1/3 of Corail trains will run

9th-TGV normal; Corail 1/3 will run

night of 7-8 1/3 of Corail trains will run -

according to a Rail europe press release i've seen and since they are owned largely by the sncf probably comes from the sncf.
