small tour company from Bath to Cotswolds?
Las time we were in Bath (a city we love), we did a fine full day tour of the Cotswolds with Mad Max. We'll be returning to Bath again this summer and hope to see more of the Cotswolds. I was hoping that Mad Max might have changed their itinerary, but it's virtually the same. Does anyone happen to know of another good company that does small group tours from Bath to Cotswolds? The Bath tourist website gives only that one. If we must, I suppose we'll hire a private driver/guide, but we'd much prefer a mini-group tour.
Thank you.
Thank you.

Thank you for responding.
For the safety of others as well as ourselves, neither of us drives anymore. It's not that we don't want to, it's simply that we realized it would be irresponsible to do so.
I'm hoping I can get leads on a driver/guide. There's one listed on the Bath website, but I wish there were a way to get reviews from people who've done this, both with the gentleman listed and with others.

Hi Poss, I just checked the Mad Max site. They also offer a half day tour of the village of Lacock along with Stonehenge. I visited Lacock a while back and thought it charming. It is frequently used as the site of movies and period television dramas.
The Bath bus tour of the outlying areas is short but gives terrific views of the surrounding hills and farms with gorgeous properties - obviously a high rent district.
Enjoy your return to Bath...

Thanks for response, ldt. We did see Lacock and Stonehenge (and Avebury and a number of other places) last time. I'm so hoping that we can see more of the Cotswolds. I had half-thought to stay at one of the handsome Cotswold manor houses and take day tours out from there, but we'd miss having more days in Bath and the Priory, both of which we love.
I'm glad that you mentioned the Bath bus tour. Actually we didn't do that last time; we were so busy enjoying walking around the city and the parks, seeing the Baths, the Cathedral, etc. (What places!) I would love to see a bit of the outlying areas and of course those great Bath views.
