Small planes, car rentals in italy-help!
We will be flying from Venice to Bari in May and have found 3 possible airlines, Air One, Alitalia, and My Air. My Air is the only one that is non-stop which would be nice. We have never heard of it however, and were wondering if anyone knew if it was reliable, etc.
We would also like to rent a car (automatic) at the Bari airport and would like some advice as to the best company. It will be on a Saturday which I heard could be a long wait-any advice?
Finally, we are going to visit Anzano where my grandparents were born, but I can't find much information about the area. Does anyone know anything about the area, especially hotels. We may base in Trani, is that a good idea? Thank you in advance for any and all help!!

Hi M,
MyAir is a trustworthy airline,
Friends recently took it for their inter-European travels.
When they were caught in Istanbul by a strike, they were put up at a proper hotel and taken care of for 2 days before setting off again.

PS,
Automatic cars can be very hard to come by as well as expensive.
You will need an International Driver's Permit for Italy. http://www.aaasouth.com/home.asp
Also, CDW is required by law, so your credit card might not cover insurance in Italy.
