Siena: off beaten path favorites?

Spending a day in Siena, our third time. Will repeat the Duomo, Opera del Duomo, Palazzo Publico, Baptistry. Have visited the crypt, the Della Scala museum, St. Catherine sights and Sta. Maria die Servii. Other thoughts for history/ art buffs? Palazzo Piccolomini? Other sights in the back streets?

The Palazzo Pubblico is amazing. Plan on several hours there.
