I would like to rent a car in Sicily hopefully when we leave the area of Catania going towards Palermo where I hope to be able to fly back to mainland.
I hope some of you have other rentals companies you've worked with besides Autoeurope that it seems too expensive for us.

On Tripadvisor there are hundreds of posts about which rental companies to avoid in Sicily.

we used budget rental last may in sicily. we picked it up in palermo and dropped it off in MILAZZO before we headed out to the islands. 3 weeks was less than $400. no problems at all.

Auto Europe is not a rental company but a wholesaler. They find the best deals from all the available rental companies and give you the choice of what car and price suits you.

Toledodd, I believe that I will do, pick a car after the Aeolians in Milazzo as I believe we are leaving from Palermo to Naples, we have to fly out from Pisa to Barcelona.
