Check out Martha Stewart, she probably will be holding sales all over the place.

You know. the more I think of it,the less certain I am there are fabric stores and there are a couple of design places with linens and pillows, but now I cannot think of any one particular bedding shop.Sorry,"colorful French print" threw me off.Lola

Descsamps (in 6th) sells beautiful linens, but they're pricey.

Try the large department stores; they have a huge selection in all price ranges:Galeries Lafayette, Le Printemps,La Samaritaine (be sure to go onto the rooftop lookout for a great view-free!- of Paris), Le Bon Marche. Other small shops are:Agnes Comar(8th), Catherine Memme((6th), Muriel Grateau(1st)

Another vote for Muriel Grateau at the Palais Royal. Outstanding, but expensive.

Is Pierre Deux the American or international version of Souleiado, which is based in Provence?

Pierre Frey on rue Jacob sells wonderful bed linens and coordinating towels. They have another store, also, on rue Royale (I think). There is also a Yves deLorme (formerly Palais Royale) shop on the ground level of Le Louvre des Antiquaires that has a wonderful selection. Since the exchange rate is so crummy now, you will probably do better buying at home, but in the past it was worth it to buy there. Check out prices before you go.

another vote for the large department stores, La Samaritaine, and Lafayette. Very helpful service, and different things to see in the home section, like little appliances.

I just bought bed linens in April and the best selection is at Galeries Lafayette. The Descamps store is also good - when I was there, their stuff was much less expensive than at home, and I think would still be the case, even with the worse exchange rate.

Au contraire, Geiffel, Pierre Deux is the "American version" of Souleiado, which is located in France.
