Shannon to Dingle

Hello,

My husband and I will be taking our third trip to Ireland this September. We will take an overnight flight from Boston to Shannon. We plan visit Dingle first. Although we did not have any problems driving in Ireland, I do not want to make a long drive after the flight. Could anyone recommend an overnight stop between the Shannon Airport and Dingle?

Thank you!
Nancy

You could go from Shannon To Kilrush. Then take the car ferry across the bay the next day
to go to Dingle.

Hi, we stayed overnight in Ennis. Good night's sleep then off the next day. You are smart to not try the drive after long flight.
