I can't think of anything right now but I'll let you know if I hear of anything.
We got our flat in London through sabbaticalhomes.com which also has Toronto listings. If you take a look there and see something you like, I can tell you about the neighbourhood. Where do you live, OB (I'm assuming this house in Toronto is for you might maybe not).

No, not for me. For my son who will be going to school in Toronto. I wld like to buy a condo but if I don't find something soon then I will have to rent for the Fall term. I won't panic unless we are into July w/ no condo!
I will check sabbaticalhomes. Thanks!

My friend has a great condo that she's about to put up for sale. One bedroom, 6 storey bldg, roof garden, pool, in the St. Lawrence Market area at 55 Lombard. I'd buy it myself if I were ready to go into a condo. It's beautiful. I don't think it's on the market yet or maybe just barely. I could pass along the info if you're interested.

Thanks so much for that, GTG but my son wants to be @ Yonge & Eglinton. Any ideas for that area? But maybe I shd buy your friend's condo for myself. We used to live @ Market Square & I am considering going back there. I love the area. Does your friend's condo have a balcony? Which way does it face? Square footage?
