In Seville, we couldn't have been happier with Las Casas de la Juderia. They gave us perfect directions to the hotel, met us in front on the street, took our car and parked it for our stay in their underground garage.
In Barcelona we stayed at the Hotel Royal on the Ramblas. They had their own underground garage adjacent.
We turned our car in when we got to Madrid -- can't help you there.

The public parking we used in Barcelona was quite secure as it stored the cars by elevator in their own slot. The car was accessible only when the attendant brought it to the driving level, by pushing the proper elevator buttons.
