Sure.
When I sent email to customer support (leoexpress), they say that seat-belts will be needed for toddler, if car-seat is not there. That made me confused.
I said that, it would be difficult for 2.5 years old kid to sit with seat belts for 4+ hrs, they replied - "in large buses there are no seat belts."
So, I am worry-free
