Seasick on Gulet?

Our friends are planning a trip to Turkey with OAT, with the last 4 nights on a gulet in the Mediterranean. I get very seasick on oceans and seas, even with medication, but am OK when things are relatively smooth, like a lake or a very stable boat.

I am probably not going to go with my friends because of this, but maybe the gulet stays within coves etc that are not in the open waters? Can anyone who has maybe been on such a trip please advise before I give a final no? I do want to go, but do not want to be miserable for 4 days - been there, done that. I asked OAT and they said the typical "you should be fine, but bring medicine just in case." (I know all about patches, dramamine, bonine, ginger, wristbands, valium, etc.)

Thanks for your insight.
