After looking at some of the lovely places to stay, this reaffirms my wish to make it back to Scotland.

P.S. We also liked Pitlochry though did not overnight there.

In St Andrews we stayed at Glenderran Guest House last spring. Ray was a lovely host and the room was so comfortable I wish we had stayed longer than our two nights. It was convenient to everything. On the downside, and the only downside, it has on-street parking so there could be some jockeying for spots.
