This one isn't on Iona but is a short walk to the foot ferry for the trip over. Great food, and view of Iona Abbey across the water. But it is insanely popular so needs booking early. https://www.iona-bed-breakfast-mull.com I personally wouldn't stay in two different properties on Mull/Iona. I'd pick one and use it as a base to tour the whole of both islands (and Staffa). Two bases just makes for a extra packing/unpacking/checking in/checking out.
That is a pretty far flung list of locations - will you have a car and how many days total do you have? If you are driving you can stay anywhere and Ft William and IN Inverness are not places I would stay. (IF you must rely on public transport then Ft William and Inverness make a bit more sense)
I'd look in Ballachulish or Glencoe instead of Ft William which is a bit of a dump. This place in Glencoe is great/good food. https://clachaig.com
And in the Inverness area -- there are so many options without being in the city itself.
