My husband and I have had some trouble trying to arrange bookings through the SCNF website.

I remember reading a thread where someone gave a detailed description, step by step of how to navigate through this site and avoid common problems with bookings.

I've tried searching for the thread with no luck.

Does anyone remember the title thread or have the link?

lp,do you mean MorganB's guide to the SNCF? You might have the letters in the wrong order when you did your search, I do that also Deborah

YOu probably can't find it because you have the name wrong, as DeborahAnn, says.

The post should be second if you just type "SNCF and guide" into the search box (without quotes).
