SCHENGEN VISA

DEAR FRIENDS,

I'd like to ask succinctly about "SCHENGEN VISA", I’d applied for a Schengen Visa through "France Embassy" on August 18th' 2007' since unfortunately I’d been refused for unknown & unidentified reason, which make so sense at all, hence I’ve applied over again but this time at "MALTA Embassy", on August 9th' 2009, along with all the required documents (e.g. - The Complied SCHENGEN Form , The Health Insurance Coverage , The adequate Funds For 30th days in Schengen covers "7'000 Euros", which is sufficient i believe, The Invitation From Host (Stamped & Signed By Lawyer), Two White Background Photos , The Leave Application from Employer , My Personal Declaration Letter stating my current circumstances , as well as Pay in slips for 3 months earlier and Etc… The Question is after all the required documents do I expect for an “approval”, since I’d been refused on August 18th' 2007, But so far I heard that once somebody’s refused he has right to reapply after 3 (Three) months ….. Kindly need an urgent and reasonable response, (Well be informed I’m the citizen of Pakistan, born in LIBYA and have valid Resident permit Visa applying from LIBYA….

Regards.

You will be denied a visa again, no reason given. This is standard procedure for anybody coming from a "poor" country. Unless you hold a Libyan passport your best chances are asking your host to call the consulate/embassy to demand an explanation. Friendly but firmly explaining why you have no intention of overstaying.

I would be very astonished if any Pakistan national would get a Schengen visa from Malta, bad idea applying there. They don't want you.

Your best chances are having your host in the country where you apply for a visa call his embassy. You yourself are totally helpless in changing anything.

It's amazing that yu came up woth Malta for your second attempt.
Malta is pretty well known for "securing" South African citizens with a permanent residence within Schengen countries.

I am really curious who advised you on Malta for that try.

And sorry that you could not get the visa. It's frustrating and disappointing for folks who just want to visit a place.
