Atlantis Villas no longer exists...it's now called Kirini.
Also check Perivolas Hotel and Katikies Hotel in Oia.

I'm not sure I understand what you're looking for. Unless you're a guest at these hotels, I doubt they'll let you use the pool, so you just want to have a drink overlooking the pool? Anway, if it helps, we stayed at Perivolas last July. However, the infinity pool was a disappointment. It's tiny compared to what it looks like on the hotel's website.

Thanks for the info - so from Weadles reply, I guess the hotels are not open to the public for meals, drinks etc? We don't necessarily need to use the pool, I just want to see the view and experience it. (take it off my "list of things to do"

Katikies in Oia would be perfect. Great infinity pool and right near a lounge. I don't know if people who aren't guests would be served. I'm pretty sure that a group wouldn't be allowed but perhaps if there are only two of you.....better email them directly and ask.

I agree with Brotherleelove2004 that a restaurant or bar probably won't turn you away. I was really addressing whether or not the hotel would let you use the pool if you're not a guest.Seems doubtful to me, but you can check.

Thanks for all the suggestions. We have contacted a couple of places and they state their restaurants are for guests staying at the hotel. We think we might try after arriving in Santorini...dress nice etc.
Thanks.
Thanks.
