Santorini Hotels

Does anyone know the Privolas hotel, Vedema Resort, or any other deluxe hotel on Santorini that they would recommend? We are torn between these two hotels.

I don't think you could go wrong with the Vedema! It's a beautiful hotel.

I have seen the brochures of Vedema and looks fantastic.

Hi - I stayed there a few years ago and loved it. The service and food were excellent. The only drawback is there is not a caldera view. I would suggest you spend a few nights on the caldera and a few nights at Vedema - if possible. I prefer Oia over Fira.

Vedema Hotel is very beautiful but ...no caldera and you definitely need a car or some sort of transportation. I would reccomend Perivolas..i have never been there but i think it's really beautiful too!

Astra Apartments in Imerovigli - www.astra-apartments.com. My husband and I stayed there for 6 nights last September/October and loved it! The rooms are wonderful, the view of the caldera is amazing, and the staff were fabulous. Worth every penny.
