Santiago de Compostela

Does anyone know anything about Easter in Santiago de Compostela? Does one need a reservation for the Easter services at the Cathedral? Is the botafumeiro used? Is it too crowded to go to Santiago at this time?

I meant reservations to the Easter Services not accommodations.

Thanks ribeirasacra. I have looked at that site also, to no avail. I will check the email you sent and maybe call them directly. We are renting a car from Santiago and driving along the north coast to San Sebastian. Any suggestions of places we must see. We plan to take at least 6 days and I have Picos de Europa scheduled for 2 days.

It does depend on your tastes, for instance I do not like lying on a beach and frying myself in the sun. I personally would spend most of the time in the Picos I much prefer the mountains.
I have found places Lugo, Mondoñedo, Oviedo, Santillana de Mar and many many other towns quite quaint.
