Ignorantly, I probably would have found my way down to the Accademia Bridge and crossed over to Dorsoduro (wasting time). I want to see the Squero San Trovaso and the Peggy Guggenheim Museum as well as Ca Rezzonico (which I misssed on our last vist even though we stayed at the Casa Rezzonico).

Maps.google.com will actually plot routes on foot through Venice. It estimates 20 minutes from Campo San Stae to Campo San Trovaso. I would say this is accurate if you are walking directly and not meandering.
