Sailing Charter in Croatia
My husband and I are considering a sailing boat trip from Split to Dubrovnik from Oct 8 - 14th approx, we have negotiated our best price with a skipper for a 38 foot boat but it is still pricy - especially since we want to go one way.
Anyone done this type of thing before?
We wondered since it was late in season if we could wait and negotiate with someone at the marina - i.e. risk waiting.
We also would prefer more like 4 days sailing rather than a whole week so we could explore more on the shore. I haven't found any firm to do that.
We also wondered if another couple might be interested in sharing the cost of something like this as there are 3 cabins, one for us and the skipper so an empty one available.
Anyone have any comments?
