Hi David - it was 130E, arranged by our accommodation owners in Rovinj. A Rovinj taxi came to Trieste and picked us up as scheduled. Very convenient for us and seeing as we didn't need a car for 2 days I justified the cost that way!
We really recommend the apartment we stayed in Rovinj - 5 minute walk to Old Town and convenient parking. Here is a link
