Using them for my trip to Rome , im leaving friday for london for 5 days, than off to rome on June 3rd. They were great all along the process, sent them my deposit months ago. They always reply to my emails up to a month ago..

BUT I have been emailing them for 5 days to reconfirm and they are not replying. Getting a little nervous anyone else have this with them?

I booked with Romeby without any problem...on my reservation I could go online and check the confirmation number...if I had any concern I'd contact the property directly.

We booked with them for a trip we took a few weeks ago - everything was fine.

We were able to check our confirmation number online - I didn't bother with trying to contact the property additionally to confirm, but if you are concerned, I second the recommendation that you contact them directly.

They finally responded today, you cant call the property it is a apartment. They set you up with a rep for the apartment. They do give you the phone number to call I was but just trying to dot the T's especially when it comes to Italy.

They had been really prompt in returning emails up to this point.

Just to let everyone know that I got back and everything was fine with Romeby.com, you really never deal with them they just turn you over directly to the owner or rep of the apartment. I will make a seperate post on the Pantheon Apartment it was great.
