There are so many great ones. for an excellent and affordable walking tour, group or private, try www.wheninrometours.com. Or for a car and driver tour there is www.romashuttle.com.
Context tours are great too, although more costly.

We used "Discover Rome" as our guide to the Vatican museum and St. Peter's and I think our guide did a great job. I'm afraid I don't have any contact details for them
