Re tram 3....
Since last August, the greater part of that route has again returned to being served by trams - with bus replacements (numbered as 3B) only on the section between Piramide and Trastevere.... for as long as it takes to complete the trackway upgrade!

They are doing maintanance work on the tracks - instead of the tram, there are buses (code 8nav) running the same route, just on the normal part of the street instead of on the tracks, from july 20 till august 16.
