Note the terms, a pass is not required. Eye and Tower tickets can have blackout periods.

This is the important bit (if not travelling by train to & from London - HEX, HEC & Eurostar excluded)

Can I use London Underground/tube tickets, DLR and/or London Bus only tickets?
No, however if your travel ticket has an element of National Rail/train company travel included, e.g. any type of 'paper' Travelcard, train/tube inclusive ticket and is issued by a National Rail operated ticket office, then the answer is yes. If you need help distinguishing, please check it using our ticket types page.
That means a proper train station, not a Tube station, nor a London Overground Station

We were in London in February and discovered that the 2-for-1 tickets for the London Eye were valid only for the "regular" entry, not the timed, "express" entry. Because it was the half-term holiday and there were many tourists we arrived at the attraction 30 minutes before it opened and did not have a long wait for tickets or to ride. The scene when we left the London Eye was a bit different, though.

Thank you for the info. So far we are planning on getting the following vouchers: London Eye, Tower of London, Changing the guard, City cruises River Red Rover and Royal London Tour. Is it worth it to go to these places, any other suggestions? Can you tell me which train stations we would need to use? Can we pay for the train tickets with a credit card? We are staying at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge. Also, can you give me info on the best way to get to Hard Rock Cafe and Selfridges and a good place to get English food, ie: Shepherds Pie for reasonable price?

Can anyone tell me where the closest rail station is to the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel so that I can purchase the Travelcard to use for these 2 for 1 vouchers? When I tried to get the vouchers it's asking me for the "station from which I will be starting my journey".
