Rome Apt. Help Please

Our children and grandchildren are thinking about staying in this apt for a week in July. Ohttp://www.residenzacellini.it/

We are not familiar with this location, please help us....is it safe, and near the center of the city, and within walking distance to most major attractions.

Thank you in advance for your knowledge and help.

Have you looked at the location on a real map? That would probably help you.

Yes, we have but a map doesn't tell us what the neighborhood is like.

The area is all right, althought not too far from Termini Station, but it's away from the seedy part.

It's possible to walk to some sites, but besides Fountain Trevi or Pantheon, it would be more convenient to take the numerous buses on Via Nazionale (major shopping street)-which is very near the apartment.

I think this area will be fine for you & your family. Most neighborhoods may look old & run down - because they are. and there will probably be a lot of spray paint on the buildings, but it is still safer than walking thru downtown L.A. And the area will be crowded with tourists. You will never or almost never be walking alone on the street. I wouldn't worry about safety here.
