Rome Apartments -- Jewel of Trastevere and Via Sant'Eustachio Apt.

These are two apartments in Rome that we are considering, and I'm wondering if any Fodorites have stayed at one of them. Thanks so much for any information.

Can you give a weblink to the two apartments? I have no idea which two exactly you are asking about.

Personally I'd much prefer the Pantheon apartment to the Trastevere one.
I don't want to add confusion, but that Via Sant'Eustachio Apt. was one of my final contenders. I love the look of it, albeit a bit "austere", but lovely. When I had some conversations with Giulia at SleepinItaly, he suggested the following apartment which is about a block from the Sant'Estachio one but "on a quieter square".

I can't comment on those apts, but DH and I stayed in Trastavere a few weeks ago and loved the area!
