I can recommend Rome Shuttle Limousine (www.romeshuttlelimousine.com), €45 from my hotel in the center to FCO in May 2015. Driver arrived early in a spiffy new Mercedes.

We used this company in October 2015 and although it was not a private car we did not have to share it with anyone. They were efficient, prompt and very pleasant. The car was clean and the driver drove well. The cost from our hotel in central Rome to the airport was 29 euros for the two of us which we paid to the driver.

I also have used www.romeshuttlelimousine.com (mentioned above by bonvoyage)and found their service superb. In spite of the name, they are a private car service, not a shared shuttle. They may have also offered a shuttle service in the past.
I've also heard good reports of www.romecabs.com (also mentioned above) but they were more expensive than RomeShuttleLimousine the times I checked.
Both services will meet you in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. You pay the driver on arrival at the hotel. You will be quoted a price at the time you make the reservation.
€75 is way overpriced. For comparison, a regular taxi has a €48 fixed fare, for up to four people and their luggage, from the airport to any address in central Rome. The reliable private car services cost little more, provide more service, and don't try to rip you off, as some dishonest taxi drivers do.
