Hi. We are due to travel to Bucharest in a couple of weeks but considering cancelling due to the seeming quite strict COVID restrictions (face masks everywhere, reduced capacity, bars closing early etc.). We are four guys so looking for lively venues etc. What are the restrictions actually like - is it still worth visiting or should we delay/change venue? Thanks for any thoughts.
