Riomaggiore accommodations
We're planning to visit Cinque Terre next June, and I'd like to stay in Riomaggiore. Any suggestions on where/how to make arrangements? Somewhere nice but moderately-priced would be perfect. We are a family of 4.
Many thanks,
Judi

Judi,
Try this www.arbaspaa.com. They have apartments that you can rent.
I rented one this past September in Riomaggiore and it was great!

I stayed in Riomaggiore last month with Edi?s Rooms -- Via Colombo 111,Tel. & Fax 039 0187-920-325,Tel. 039 0187-760-842,E-Mail: [email protected]. They have lots of rooms, both on the "main drag" and in the harbor-- very reasonable, too.
Have a great time!

Hotel Ca' Dei Duxi
Via Colomo, 36
Riomaggiore
we had a nice room with a terrace. the place was very clean, well run, and recently renovated in good quality and taste. we would stay there again. our room also included parking in the village car park.
however, i do not know the availability of larger rooms at this hotel (it was just the two of us). if you are after a hotel then i would definately give this one a try. as carlos suggests however, you would probably be better off cost and size-wise to get an apt. you can also cook some of the meals which i always like to do when i travel.

Hi judig: I posted my reply to this same question on the other CT thread, pls. see my information on it there...
I recommend Hotel Villa Argentina in Riomaggiore as they can offer you both rooms in the hotel, and apts/villas throughout the town.
